Recall Healing

A way of becoming curious about the whole story.

Recall Healing is an educational and reflective process that invites us to ask thoughtful questions about your experiences, patterns, feelings, and family story.

See how I work with these ideas

An iceberg framework for considering what is known and what may sit outside conscious awareness.

The goal is not to force an explanation or tell you what your story means. It is to bring more of the picture into conscious awareness so you can notice connections for yourself. For many people, that growing awareness can become a meaningful part of emotional healing.

What sits beneath the surface?

I sometimes use the image of an iceberg. The visible part can represent what we already know: the event we remember, the concern that brought us here, or the pattern we can name. Beneath the surface may be dates, feelings, family stories, and earlier experiences that have not yet been placed beside one another.

A reflection framework

AGE → DATE → EVENT → FEELINGS

This is one reflection framework I may use as we explore a timeline. It is not a medical test or diagnostic formula. It simply helps us slow down and ask what was happening, when it happened, and what the experience felt like.

Putting together the puzzle

01

Sometimes a piece comes from your own timeline.

02

Sometimes we become curious about a pattern in your family story.

03

Sometimes an ‘aha’ allows us to see the story differently.

An important boundary

Recall Healing facilitation is educational and reflective. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure illness and does not replace care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional. Please seek appropriate professional care for health concerns.
