About Me
I’ve always been drawn to the story beneath the story.
I guide people through emotional healing with a thoughtful, compassionate approach shaped by psychology, health and wellness, counseling, ministry, and years of listening.

I’m Alison Keber. I’m an educator, facilitator, and guide who helps people move through emotional healing by listening for the connections that can be easy to miss when we look at one piece at a time.
My Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington gave me an early foundation for understanding people and behavior. Since then, my work has continued through training in Recall Healing, counseling, marriage mentoring, ministry, health, and wellness.
For nearly two decades, I owned my own health and wellness coaching business. That experience taught me to listen before assuming, to stay curious, and to respect that every person arrives with a history that is uniquely their own.
My faith in Jesus Christ is important to me and has shaped the way I care for people. I am comfortable bringing faith and Scripture into our conversation when that is meaningful to you. It is always by invitation; it is never a requirement for working with me.

Wife & Mother
Family is at the heart of my story.
I have been married to my husband Ian for 20 years, and motherhood is one of the greatest joys and most meaningful experiences of my life.
Education & Training
A foundation shaped over time.
Each part of my experience has added a different kind of listening to the work I do today.
