We begin with your question.
You do not need to arrive with your whole story organized. We can begin with the concern, pattern, or curiosity that is asking for your attention.
My Approach
Emotional healing does not follow a formula. When we sit down together, I begin by listening so I can understand what is bringing you here, what you have already noticed, and which questions feel most alive for you.
You do not need to arrive with your whole story organized. We can begin with the concern, pattern, or curiosity that is asking for your attention.
We may look at timelines, meaningful dates, events, feelings, recurring patterns, or parts of your family story. We notice before we interpret.
I may offer questions or frameworks, but I do not decide what a connection means for you. Awareness matters more than arriving at a fast answer.
If faith and Scripture are meaningful in your life, we can include them. If they are not part of what you want to explore, they do not need to be part of our conversation.
My role
“I’m here to help create the conditions for awareness—not to decide what your story means for you.”
I guide and support your emotional healing process while respecting that the healing is your own. My role is educational and reflective—not a replacement for the medical or mental-health professionals who support you.
Faith, by invitation
My Christian faith is important to me. If faith and Scripture are part of how you understand your life, I am comfortable including them in our conversation. If they are not, you do not need to share my beliefs to be treated with care and respect.
